Certification Description
This certification program is for engineering technicians engaged in the construction and inspection of underground water and sewer lines, and is applicable to both private and public sector technicians. Areas covered are specifications and contract plan interpretation; field construction, and installation techniques; field inspection and testing procedures; record-keeping and reporting; and supervisory duties.
